These terms govern use of the U Biz Apps website, account services, marketplace and promoter features. Review the relevant listing, order terms and policy pages before purchasing or promoting an app, product or service.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to operate. You must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization for the transactions you enter into. Certain roles, countries or features may require approval and identity verification.

Marketplace and connected providers

Listings may be supplied by U Biz Apps or by independent merchants and app/service providers. Read the listing to identify the responsible supplier, price, currency, availability, delivery method and any additional provider terms. A submitted order remains subject to confirmation and payment verification.

Prices, payments and access

Confirm the final price, any discount, delivery charges and payment instructions for your order before paying. A customer-submitted payment reference is not proof that payment has been independently verified. Digital access and order completion follow the relevant verified transaction state.

U Coins and promoter rewards

U Coins are internal reward units governed by the program rules and eligibility shown for the relevant feature. They are not a promise of investment returns or guaranteed earnings. Referrals, commissions, transfers, gifts and withdrawals depend on verification, configured limits and the applicable program terms.

Fraudulent, duplicate or invalid activity may be rejected. Rewards related to refunds or disputes may be reversed or held for review. Withdrawal processing can require identity checks, account review and reconciliation; a status update is not proof of a completed bank transfer.

Acceptable use and submitted content

Do not impersonate others, submit false payment or identity information, manipulate referrals or rewards, access another user’s data, distribute unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or abuse messaging and support services. You must have the right to submit your listing text, images and other content.

Listings and comments may require moderation. Accounts or features may be restricted while a credible misuse, security or payment issue is investigated. Contact Support if you believe a decision is incorrect.

Returns, fulfilment and privacy

The Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Service Policy and Privacy Policy explain the relevant processes. Specific merchant or provider terms must be disclosed for the transaction and remain subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

Availability and third-party services

Features may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, device compatibility or provider availability. Third-party apps and external websites are operated by their respective providers. Contact Support about interrupted access or an unresolved order issue.

Changes and disputes

Updated terms will be published on this page. Contact us first with your order or support reference so the issue can be reviewed. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not prevent you from using any complaint or dispute process available under applicable law.
